A bit of Positivity

Date: 31st Mar 2020 @ 2:17pm

Hello lovelies,

Today I’d like us all to take time out to do something really positive.

During your time at home, I am sure you have had many moments of fun and laughter, and it is important for us to remember those times.

It is also important for us to share some kindness and love with others.

By sharing something nice, we are helping someone else feel good, which in turn makes us feel good too.

So, once a week, for the next few weeks, I’d like you to write or draw:

  1. Something that has made you happy this week
  2. Something that you are grateful for this week
  3. An act of kindness you have done this week

This will build lots of positivity into your week, and will be something you can look back on, and it might help you on the days when you are not feeling so good.

Keep it going for as long as you can. Remember to spread as much kindness as you can. One of the best gifts in the world is to make someone else happy.

I’ll get us started:

  1. Teaching Cookie how to use her new treat puzzle. She understood it really well and was very clever. This made me feel happy, and proud of her. (photo below)
  2. I’m grateful that we have the technology that helps me keep in touch with my family whilst we are apart.
  3. My act of kindness was sending out little letters to the people in my street asking if they needed any help with shopping etc. I have made some new friends because of this.

Enjoy doing this, and feel good about yourself!
